Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your jl9999 Account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe following identity verification, provided no outstanding disputes or investigations are pending.

Closure by jl9999: jl9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, without prior notice where circumstances require, in the event that:

• The Player has violated these Terms in a material manner

• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than Player breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned. Where closure follows Player breach, jl9999 reserves the right to forfeit Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from conduct that violated these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
